Co. Clare using traditional cheddar methods.

O'Donnells mature Irish cheese and red onion flavour crisps have the distinctive creamy taste of
smooth-bodied Irish cheese and the sweet, mild flavour of red onion, which blend to give a rich,
aromatic taste. By allowing their cheese to mature for 9- 12 months it adds to the full flavour of
O'Donnells crisps.

You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.
