The backbone of farming in Ireland, their bright cream coloured fleeces dot the green patchwork of fields throughout the land.

And be patient! Please note frozen foods are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Please note that food while shipped frozen in insulated packaging it normally does not arrive fully frozen. You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.
