The Argyll, or Argyle, kilt jacket, is a traditional one-button fastening kilt jacket, with gauntlet cuffs and scalloped pockets.
This is a great all-rounder, appropriate for most occasions, and can be worn with or without the matching waistcoat. It is the standard day-wear kilt jacket and suitable for a variety of semi formal or formal events. This iconic jacket has been the gold standard in Highlandwear since the nineteenth century. For less formal events, the waistcoat can be worn on its own.
This jacket can be worn with or without a five button waistcoat, but is usually accompanied with a belt and buckle set when a waistcoat is not worn.
