Claddagh
Over 500 years the Claddagh has become a global symbol of love, loyalty and friendship originating from the Claddagh, a village outside the ancient city walls of Galway on Irelands west coast.. A Claddagh with the heart facing towards one's heart is seen as a proclamation of love and the heart facing away from one's heart is a sign of being uncommitted.
