Peat is a fossil fuel and it is classified a smokeless fuel in Ireland. Irish peat chips give food a distinct and deliciously smoky flavor. Magical peat chips can also be used in a fireplace or an out door fire pit. The aroma will certainly take you back to Ireland.

Note: Magical Peat can be used in Gas grills for smoking by simply laying on the moon rocks or wrapping the chips in foil and punch small holes in the foil to release the for flavoring.
