it's technical name in the United States.

Tuesdays due to the time sensitivity of transit.

NOTE: Please note that frozen food, while shipped frozen in insulated
packaging, may not arrive fully frozen. You may thaw completely to prepare or refreeze completely
at your discretion. There is no affect to the quality of the product.

You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING options / rates will show based on your address. Duty may or may not be imposed and collected by governments outside the USA. We have no control over that.
