Our Odlums Extra Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken
out. It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to
other bakes for extra fibre.

We generally process orders (non perishable) within 24 hours, please allow longer at peak periods. Shipping transit times are based on carrier performance. Order early to avoid future disappointment. And be patient! Please note frozen foods are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Please note that food while shipped frozen in insulated packaging it normally does not arrive fully frozen. You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.
