Delightful hot and iced. To fully appreciate the subtleties of this fine leaf tea, its worth taking the time to make it properly. Bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil. Warm your teapot with hot water and discard. Use one teaspoon of tea per 6 oz of water. Pour boiling water over tea and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea leaves.
