After Hallmarking it is returned to the maker for final finishing before it is sent to us for our rigorous final inspection. And be patient! Please note frozen foods are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Please note that food while shipped frozen in insulated packaging it normally does not arrive fully frozen. You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.
