Our Odlums Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out.
It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to other
bakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.

Any orders containing frozen/perishable items shipping to states not listed will have those items removed from order or be cancelled.

We generally process orders (non perishable) within 24 hours, please allow longer at peak periods. Shipping transit times are based on carrier performance. Order early to avoid future disappointment. And be patient! Please note frozen foods are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Please note that food while shipped frozen in insulated packaging it normally does not arrive fully frozen. You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING options / rates will show based on your address. Duty may or may not be imposed and collected by governments outside the USA. We have no control over that.
