Our Odlums Coarse Wholemeal Flour is wholegrain flour with nothing added or nothing taken out.It is principally used for traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, and can also be added to otherbakes for extra fibre. Also known as Brown Flour.
While some sizes are available for shipping today, the size you have selected ships direct from Dublin every Wednesday. If you choose In Store Pick Up at check out you will be notified when your order is ready.

And be patient! Please note frozen foods are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Please note that food while shipped frozen in insulated packaging it normally does not arrive fully frozen. You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.
